About the Day

02.03.16

We are holding our service at Ruscombe St. James the Great, a small 13th century church down the road from our new home. The reception will be held down the road at Stanlake Park, a beautiful vineyard, set in the country.

The church and the vineyard are less than a mile apart, and there is parking available at both venues. There will also be cars to help transport guests from one venue to the next.

The church and vineyard are easily accessible by train and via the M4 and the A404(M).

If you are using Google Maps, just type in RG10 9UA to get to the church;

In Google maps, type in RG10 0BN to get to the vineyard. There will be a Cellar Shop sign at the entrance.

If you find you’ve had one too many, you can leave your car overnight and pick it up by 12pm the next day.

If you’d like to grab a drink or a quick bite before the ceremony begins there is a small pub about a 3 minute walk from the church called Buratta’s at the Royal Oak. Please note that the bathrooms are located at Buratta's at the Royal Oak, a 3 minute walk from the church.

Stanlake Park operates a cash bar and there aren’t any cash machines near by. There will be beer and wine on the house; however, if you’d like a mixed drink please bring cash. The average drink price is £4.

We are looking forward to having you at our wedding, and are honored that you can attend. We know that many of you have traveled a very long way to spend this day with us, and your company is enough for us! Please don’t feel obligated to get us a gift.

If you’d like to give us something we would appreciate a donation to our honeymoon. Alternatively, we have a small registry at John Lewis (#676482) or you could make a donatation at www.gofundme.com/collings-garcia.
